Geometry is a universal
language. So is play. Like Archimedes and R. Buckminster Fuller, architect Richard Dattner was
inspired by the cuboctahedron. In 1969, the young architect designed the first
fiberglass PlayCubes, but found they were difficult and expensive to manufacture.
